By accessing or using Wizard Academy’s platform (website, mobile app, or other services) you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
উইজার্ড একাডেমি – শর্তাবলি ও নীতিমালা
উইজার্ড একাডেমির প্ল্যাটফর্ম (ওয়েবসাইট, মোবাইল অ্যাপ বা অন্যান্য সেবা) ব্যবহার বা অ্যাক্সেস করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলি মেনে নিচ্ছেন। সেবা ব্যবহারের আগে অনুগ্রহ করে শর্তাবলি ভালোভাবে পড়ে নিন।
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and enroll. If you are
under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By
registering you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and that all
information you provide is true and accurate.
যোগ্যতা
একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি ও কোর্সে ভর্তি হতে আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৬ বছর হতে হবে । যদি আপনার বয়স ১৮ বছরের কম হয়, তবে পিতা-মাতা বা আইনগত অভিভাবকের সম্মতি প্রয়োজন। নিবন্ধনের মাধ্যমে আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনি যোগ্যতার শর্ত পূরণ করছেন এবং আপনার প্রদত্ত তথ্য সত্য ও সঠিক।
Account Registration
To use certain services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to update it when necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud or breach of these terms.
অ্যাকাউন্ট রেজিস্ট্রেশন
নির্দিষ্ট কিছু সেবা ব্যবহার করতে হলে আপনাকে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হবে। আপনি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরির সময় সঠিক ও পূর্ণাঙ্গ তথ্য প্রদান করতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন এবং প্রয়োজন হলে তা আপডেট করবেন। অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য গোপন রাখা এবং অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার করে করা সকল কার্যক্রমের জন্য আপনিই দায়ী থাকবেন। কোনো অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার হলে আমাদের তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে জানান। সন্দেহজনক কার্যক্রম বা শর্ত ভঙ্গের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি।
Use of Services
Wizard Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access course materials for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You will not copy, distribute, alter, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any materials without prior written permission. Use of third-party tools or integrations is subject to the third party’s terms.
সেবার ব্যবহার
উইজার্ড একাডেমি আপনাকে ব্যক্তিগত, অ-বাণিজ্যিক শিক্ষা উদ্দেশ্যে কোর্স উপকরণ ব্যবহারের জন্য সীমিত, অ-একচেটিয়া, অ-হস্তান্তরযোগ্য অধিকার প্রদান করে। আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া আপনি কোনো উপকরণ কপি, বিতরণ, পরিবর্তন, প্রকাশ, উপ-মূলক কাজ তৈরি বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না। তৃতীয় পক্ষের টুলস বা ইন্টিগ্রেশন ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হবে।
Course Access Duration
Course access periods are specified on each course page. Unless otherwise stated, standard access is valid for six (6) months from the enrollment date. Access may include video lessons, downloadable resources, assessments, and community features. We may update course content; updates do not extend the original access period unless explicitly stated.
কোর্স অ্যাক্সেস সময়সীমা
প্রতিটি কোর্সের পেজে অ্যাক্সেস সময়সীমা উল্লেখ থাকে। অন্যথা উল্লেখ না থাকলে সাধারণত কোর্স অ্যাক্সেস ভর্তি তারিখ থেকে ছয় (৬) মাস পর্যন্ত কার্যকর থাকে। অ্যাক্সেসের মধ্যে ভিডিও লেসন, ডাউনলোডযোগ্য রিসোর্স, মূল্যায়ন ও কমিউনিটি সুবিধা অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে। আমরা প্রয়োজনে কোর্স কন্টেন্ট আপডেট করতে পারি; তবে এতে অ্যাক্সেস সময়সীমা বাড়বে না যদি না আলাদা করে উল্লেখ করা হয়।
Payment & Refunds
Course fees are payable at the time of enrollment. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. Refunds are only provided as per our [Refund Policy], except where required by law.
পেমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড
ভর্তির সময় কোর্স ফি পরিশোধ করতে হবে। পেমেন্ট নির্ভরযোগ্য গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে নিরাপদে প্রক্রিয়াকৃত হয়। আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা ছাড়া রিফান্ড কেবলমাত্র আমাদের [Refund Policy] অনুযায়ী প্রদান করা হবে।
Intellectual Property
All course content, branding, logos, text, images, videos, and materials on Wizard Academy are owned or licensed by Wizard Business Communication and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use materials for your personal learning. Except for content you submit, nothing in these terms’ transfers ownership to you. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
মেধাস্বত্ব
কোর্স কন্টেন্ট, ব্র্যান্ডিং, লোগো, টেক্সট, ছবি, ভিডিওসহ উইজার্ড একাডেমির সকল উপকরণ উইজার্ড একাডেমির-এর মালিকানাধীন বা লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত। আপনাকে শুধুমাত্র ব্যক্তিগত শিক্ষার জন্য সীমিত ব্যবহারের অধিকার প্রদান করা হয়। আপনার জমাকৃত কন্টেন্ট ছাড়া কোনো মেধাস্বত্ব আপনার কাছে হস্তান্তর হয় না। অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি, পুনর্বিতরণ বা বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহার সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
User-Generated Content
If you submit content (e.g., forum posts, assignments, reviews), you retain ownership of your content but grant Wizard Academy a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt such content for educational, promotional, or operational purposes. You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
ইউজার-জেনারেটেড কন্টেন্ট
আপনি যদি কোনো কন্টেন্ট (যেমন: ফোরাম পোস্ট, অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট, রিভিউ) জমা দেন, তবে এর মালিকানা আপনারই থাকবে। তবে উইজার্ড একাডেমিকে আপনি একটি স্থায়ী, বিশ্বব্যাপী, রয়্যালটি-ফ্রি, অ-একচেটিয়া লাইসেন্স প্রদান করেন যেন আমরা তা শিক্ষা, প্রচার বা কার্যক্রমের প্রয়োজনে ব্যবহার করতে পারি। আপনি নিশ্চিত করেন যে কন্টেন্টটি আপনার বা ব্যবহারের অনুমতি রয়েছে, এবং এটি কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করে না।
User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the services for illegal purposes; (b) impersonate others or provide false information; (c) upload viruses, malware, or harmful code; (d) harass, defame or abuse other users; (e) infringe intellectual property rights; (f) attempt to access restricted areas or circumvent platform security; or (g) reproduce, sell, or redistribute course content. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, fraudulent
activity, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access content
ends immediately. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment
obligations, and Sections related to Intellectual Property, Limitation of
Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law will survive termination.
সমাপ্তি (Termination)
শর্ত ভঙ্গ, প্রতারণা, বা আমাদের বিবেচনায় যেকোনো কারণে আমরা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও অ্যাক্সেস বাতিল করতে পারি। সমাপ্তির পরে আপনার সকল অ্যাক্সেস অধিকার অবিলম্বে বন্ধ হবে। তবে বাকি থাকা কোনো পেমেন্ট দায় থেকে আপনি মুক্ত নন। মেধাস্বত্ব, দায়সীমা, ক্ষতিপূরণ এবং আইনগত ধারাগুলো সমাপ্তির পরও বহাল থাকবে।
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wizard Business Communication, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Our total liability for direct damages will be limited to the amount you paid to Wizard Academy for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for personal injury or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
দায়সীমা
আইন দ্বারা যতটা অনুমোদিত, উইজার্ড একাডেমির ও এর কর্মীরা কোনো পরোক্ষ, বিশেষ, অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত বা ক্ষতিপূরণমূলক ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী হবে না। গত ১২ মাসে আপনি যে নির্দিষ্ট কোর্সের জন্য পরিশোধ করেছেন, তার বাইরে কোনো দায় সীমা থাকবে না। ব্যক্তিগত ক্ষতি বা আইন দ্বারা অব্যাহতিযোগ্য দায় এর আওতায় নয়।
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইনের আওতায় পরিচালিত হবে। শর্ত সংশ্লিষ্ট যেকোনো বিরোধ ঢাকার আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are significant, we will post the updated Terms with a new “Effective” date and provide notice by email or via the platform. Continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically.
শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন
আমরা সময় সময়ে শর্তাবলি আপডেট করতে পারি। উল্লেখযোগ্য পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে নতুন “কার্যকর তারিখ” সহ শর্তাবলি প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং ইমেইল বা প্ল্যাটফর্মে নোটিফিকেশন দেওয়া হবে। পরিবর্তনের পর সেবা ব্যবহার করলে নতুন শর্তাবলি গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে বলে বিবেচিত হবে। শর্তাবলি নিয়মিত যাচাই করা আপনার দায়িত্ব।

warranties of any kind. Wizard Academy does not guarantee any specific outcome,
employment, or income as a result of taking our courses. We do not warrant that
the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use of the platform is at
your own risk.
